Happy Labor Day! Summer is winding down, but we have plenty of good weather left to enjoy the outdoors here on the North Shore.
The real estate market on the North Shore is continually evolving. The chaos we’ve seen over the past year or so has settled which is creating a better experience for buyers out there. That doesn’t mean that it’s a bad time to sell through. If sellers set realistic expectations and price homes appropriately homes are still selling fast for top dollar.
